Normal Rate:
$600/night/4 guests + $50 per person extra, min 4 nights

Easter:
$1200 for up to 8 guests, minimum 4 nights

1 June – 31 August $500/night/4 guests + $50 per person extra, min 4 nights

October Long Weekend:
$700/night /4 guests + $50 per person extra

December 14- 25 :
$800/night/4 guests + $50 per person extra

New Year:
December 26 – Jan 1 $1200 for up to 8 guests, minimum 7 nights

January:
January 2-31 $1000 for up to 8 guests, minimum 7 nights

  • An additional cleaning charge of $150 applies to all bookings
  • Rate is in AUD for up to 8 guests
  • 25% deposit required to secure your booking [non refundable].
  • Balance due 60 days before your stay, 90 days for high season bookings.
  • Refunds of balance only if a replacement booking can be found.
